Chef Ryan Cole apart from his dry sense of humour (which made it hard to keep a straight face), was once known as the Head Chef of the famous The Test Kitchen who played a hand in putting South African cuisine on the global culinary map is now a bonafide name in his own right. Since the days at 'Test', Ryan has gone to open his own restaurant, Salsify at The Roundhouse where he continued his streak by taking his new spot to the EatOut top 10 restaurant list in its first year of operation. We chat about everything that came before the celebrated top chef he is today. Let's break!
