First part of How to change Alfa Guilietta Heater Fan Series
To help make this job easier for people to do.
Another Electrical problem in an Alfa Giulietta I'm afraid.
Problem Heater Fan not working making us unable to defrost windscreen or remove condensation from car as well as being freezing in car. My feet were falling off!
Attempted to use 9V Fan but it wasn't suitable. Kept falling everywhere and was distracting while driving. I deemed unsafe. You keep being tempted to pick it up.
We remove plastic trims from steering column, unconnect steering wires and Steering column and removing steering wheel from car and remove resistor pack, pollen filter and disconnect wires to fan in preparation for being able to remove the fan.
Thank you to Little Mechanic and Tony Vialetto for the advice in their videos (Which i reference) which continue to help others to keep their Alfa Giulietta's on the road.
I add more detail of areas they haven't explicitly covered and the problems I end up finding to help other owners save time.
