ghee/oil 1/2 cup 150ml
onion 2 small size 125g
whole garam masala (((((10 black paper. 10 cloves. star eniess 3.cinnamon sticks 3.black cardamom 1 cumin 1/2 tbl spn))))))
Beef 1kg +1 bone
if you like lose spices you can add .
otherwise add 1 packet of Nihari masala @50g shan or national......
if you not like this any brand masala you can add lose sices.
add salt to taste 1/2 tbl spn
red chilli powder 1/2 tbl spn
tumeric 1 tea spn
crushed coriander 1/2 tbl spn
water 1.5 ltr
gram flour 100g
fine flour white atta 4 tbl spn
mix well and add
in last garnish with green chilli ginger Julian's and lemon slices at serving time .
