Canada-U.S. Trade Minister Dominic LeBlanc is leading a massive Canadian trade mission to Mexico this week but he says this isn't about undermining trilateral talks to review the Canada-U.S.-Mexico Agreement. LeBlanc says he will be meeting in the coming weeks with U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer to discuss the CUSMA review. (Feb. 18, 2026)
