Social Distortion played Vina Robles on June 13, 2025 in a fiery show that spanned several hours.
The band is performing at its peak and I was lucky to see them again. I've seen the band several times, once in Providence RI and at House of Blues in Anaheim CA.
@socialdistortion is one of those bands that I will always be a fan of, covering Johnny Cash, The Stones, even Jimmy Cliff and turning these classics into their own version. But you have to turn to their own song catalog to really understand what the band is about; Story of my Life is so hard-hitting Machine Gun Blues and Sick Boys, California, it's the experiences Mike Ness has had.
