Ingredients:
For Methi na Gota
• 1 bowl fenugreek leaves ( Methi )
• ½ bowl coriander leaves,
• ½ tbsp finely chopped green chili
• ½ tbsp round-cut green chili
• 2 tsp whole crushed coriander seeds
• ½ tsp crushed black pepper
• ¼ tsp asafoetida (hing)
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 tbsp fine semolina (sooji)
• 1 bowl gram flour (besan)
• Water
• 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
• ½ tsp ENO (plain / flavorless)
• Oil for frying
Optional (for extra flavor):
• Ginger (grated)
• Carom seeds (ajwain)
• Fennel seeds (saunf)
Kadhi ( For Gota )
• 2 tbsp gram flour (besan)
• 1 tbsp sugar
• ¼ tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• water
• Salt to taste
For Tempering (Tadka)
• 1 tbsp oil (peanut or any neutral oil)
• ½ tsp mustard seeds
• 1 tbsp finely chopped green chili
• 8–10 curry leaves
• Salt
