About the HOPE Series:
Created in 2020 at the start of the pandemic, this free, online series supports the resilience of our global community through social emotional arts. In accordance with our mission, with this series we aim to enhance the innate social-emotional benefits of the arts with supportive practices, such as non-judgmental language and reflection, for self-discovery, connection, and empowerment.

About the Session:
How can we build our internal resources to improve resilience in both our mind and body? Through guided visualization, creative expression, and somatic exercises, we’ll learn how to connect with our bodies and explore our own agency to influence and change internal states that may often seem outside of our control. This online session will culminate with the creation of our own sanctuary space to bolster resilience and increase autonomy over our internal experiences.
