Ingredients:

For marinating Paneer:
250g Paneer
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Red Chili Powder (kashmiri)
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Ghee

For Paneer Masala:
3 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Ghee (clarified butter)
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
4 nos Cardamom
1 inch Cinnamon
4 nos Cloves
1 no Bay leaf
3 nos Green chili
3 nos Minced Onions, medium (finely chopped or blended)
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste (crushed)
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Red Chili Powder (kashmiri)
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tbsp Besan flour
4 nos Minced Tomato, medium size
1 cup Water
1 tbsp Yogurt (optional)
1 tsp Kasuri Methi / Dried fenugreek leaves
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves, chopped
