Hello Everyone! I am here at Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu in Quebec. We are visiting a sugar shack. Sugar shacks or sugar cabins are open from February to April. It is where maple sap is collected and made into syrup. We chose to go here to Érablière Charbonneau because they have the best menu. Oh, I did not mention all the food they are serving but you can check it on their site. Be sure to call for a reservation. The food is great! There are also some outdoor activities you can enjoy. They also offer a hot drink for free, outside the cabin. :)
