A Belgian brewery and beer-tasting adventure, exploring the aromas and flavours of 2 city-centre breweries in Bruges. Our journey begins at the historic Halve Maan Brewery in the historic center of Bruges, where we delve into the world of Brugse Zot beer and their delightful Straffe Hendrik blonde. We then move on to Bourgogne de Flanders to sample their lambic and blonde!

We begin the tasting session with Brugse Zot, a traditional Belgian beer known for its delightful hazy golden hue and fruity aromas. With each sip, we unravel the intricate flavors, including hints of spices and citrus fruits, that make Brugse Zot a true Belgian classic! Straffe Hendrik, with its delicate blend of caramel and banana esters, provides a beer experience that is an absolute joy to behold.

We then venture further into Belgian brewing by visiting Bruges Bourgogne de Flanders brewery, owned by Timmermans. Here, we have Bourgogne de Flanders lambic beer with its deep mahogany color and complex taste profiles. We then sample the brewery's Blonded Os, a blonde beer with classic Belgian blonde characteristics.
