Piece (or song or whatever): Paraphrase on Dragon's Prayer for #piano
Composer: Christian Pacaud
Dragon's Prayer original written by Yasunori Mitsuda
Here’s a recording I made waaaaay back in 2006 on my Yamaha YDP-223 keyboard. Thanks to Christian Pacaud for writing it! I love the ethereal atmosphere of it and the dramatic dissonances that grow as the piece progresses. Part of me wants to re-learn this one and play it on my real piano, but that would be a lot of work, and reality tells me I don’t currently have the time.
The paraphrase was performed by the Pacaud first and then transcribed for piano. The sheet music doesn’t contain all of the tempo and dynamic markings of his original performance, so you’ll see some differences between my performance and what’s strictly written. Some ritardandos aren't written, some chords are rolled differently, and so on.

Original version of Dragon's Prayer is written by Yasunori Mitsuda for the game, Chrono Cross.
