Project Recipe: Full Moon Fun

This layout is what I would consider easy (maybe a little harder if the welding part is new to you) and versatile, and it would work great for tons of themes besides Halloween. The Creative Memories products and tools you'll need to put together this Project Recipe are:
2 sheets of cardstock (1 white, 1 black)
3 sheets of Full Moon Fun decorative paper (2 matching for parts of both backgrounds and 1 other for cutting mats and punching borders, plus part of the "cards" page if you like)
12-inch Trimmer
2-way Corner Rounder
Border Maker System and Bats & Stars Cartridge (or something else if you prefer)
All-purpose Scissors, optional
Tape Runner (repositionable would be best for the borders, but I recommend regular for welding)
Precision Point Adhesive for the small confetti pieces that come from the punches if you're adding those
Full Moon Fun Stickers
