• Work on offensive and defensive movements.
• Work on techniques that you have difficulty on mastering.
• Focus on being in the present moment.
• Visualise a fight on your mind, making your shadow boxing fun and effective.
• Have fun and don't waist your time by just moving around watching the time goes by.
