Predicting results of the elections is a complicated exercise and there are a few organisation who do this. The Council for Scientific and Industrial Research or CSIR is one of them and uses data collected to predict results.
Joining us now to explain a little more to us are are Dr Ndumiso Cingo who is the Strategic Partnerships Manager at the CSIR. I'm also joined by Professor Pravesh Debba who is the manager for Spatial Planning and Systems at the CSIR.
