I have found the sound files of John Creasman's Car Engine sounds from stock to fully tunes. They all consist of Engine startup sound (aka UpgradeEngine(Number)), Idle engine sound, Car Acceleration and Deceleration sound (including Deceleration by braking), and Car's max speed sound. Timestamp is in the description down below.

For those that are asking how I extracted the sound files, I used this program called JPEXS Free Flash Decompiler to extract those sound files.
