I tried another mount similar to this however it was USB charge and honestly it was just another device I had to charge and it wasn't ever charged in full when I needed it in the car so I really like that this one works based on just twisting it at the base - that worked really well! This will work on any flat surface at any angle even on glass so this is a great option to keep in a purse, travel bag, home office or desk. I liked the 360 degree rotation and as I mention in the video I like that the arm is fully adjustable so that you don't have to have it up high to hold the phone and therefore it would not be in your way as far as viewing over the dashboard which I think is great for shorter people.
