*Front beak removed and repositioned the number plate bracket of my KTM Adventure 390 2025*

Описание: When we first saw the all new Adventure 390 2025 in those EICMA Moto Event videos, honestly we weren’t too sure about the front beak/fender design KTM went with. Me and my buddies instantly agreed that whoever ends up buying it will wait it out until someone makes a proper lower front mudguard for it. Then ditch the beak and install that For cleaner, sleeker look.

Fast forward to Feb 2025 KTM officially launched the new ADV 390 in India. And guess what? I was the lucky one who grabbed it on 16th May 2025. But the market still had nothing in terms of full aftermarket front mudguards. On top of that, the front number plate position didn’t sit right with me either.

So we decided let’s take matters into our own hands.

We pulled out the old 390 ADV’s mudguard just to see how it looked and to our surprise, it actually looked perfect! But there was one catch. The old ADV had a 19 inch front wheel, and the new one comes with a 21 inch. So yeah, the bolt positions didn’t match.

That’s when the idea hit: custom metal clamps.

We designed and made our own clamps to hold the older mudguard in place. While we were at it, we also crafted a metal bracket for the front number plate. And the final setup? Well, you're looking at it.
