Citing multiple current and former Israeli intelligence officials as well as others familiar with the operation, nearly all traffic cameras in Tehran had allegedly been compromised for years. According to two sources quoted in the report, footage was encrypted and transmitted to servers located in Tel Aviv and southern Israel.
