KARNATAKA MINISTER Gets Reality Check in UNDERCOVER Inspection!!

Описание: Karnataka Transport Minister Byrathi Suresh recently conducted a surprise inspection of Bengaluru’s public buses by travelling like a common passenger.

According to reports, he wore a face mask and travelled incognito in more than 10 BMTC buses for around two hours on the night of 11 July 2026. During this inspection, he saw the daily problems faced by Bengaluru commuters.

In one incident, a bus driver allegedly ignored a passenger who was signalling the bus to stop. In another BMTC bus, the minister bought two tickets and gave a ₹100 note, but the conductor asked for exact change and told him to get down if he did not have it. Later, during an auto ride, the meter showed ₹30, but the driver demanded ₹36.

After this surprise inspection, action was taken against the driver and conductor involved in the bus-stop incident. BMTC also warned staff that passengers should not be forced to get off just because they do not have exact change, and QR-based payment options should be offered.
