I created these muffin sugar cookies many, many months ago, back when the parchment paper technique was starting to pick up steam. You can use the parchment paper technique to create so many different textures, but I hadn't seen anyone create a simple technique for a cupcake liner, yet. And after I posted an ASMR video of me peeling away cupcake liners from icing, people caught on to the idea of, ya know - why don't we just use a real cupcake liner to create a cupcake liner texture?
