Campaigning is underway in the United Kingdom for next month's snap election, with politicians battling over Brexit.
Several prominent female MPs have announced they will not be standing because of an increase in threats of violence and intimidation.
Crimes against MPs doubled last year and a parliamentary report found that abuse against politicians is now "commonplace".
