it’s been a while.

SOOOO as you know if you are in the 1.4% of subscribers who also follow me on Twitter, I haven’t been doing a lot lately! At least in terms of my channel. In terms of outside things, I’ve actually been super busy between school, work, and my 2021 YEAR END!!! That’s right, I’ve officially started working on my megamix for 2021.

That said, it’s been really hard to find time to make regular uploads these past few weeks. I’m writing this a full month after the last time I uploaded, and it was a struggle to even get this one out.

All that said, Montero finally dropped and it had some serious hits in it. This one was probably the most obvious chart-topper that didn’t come as a pre-release single, so of course I’m jumping the bandwagon to make a mashup out of it. And of course YouTube rewards following trends (and also not posting videos, for some reason) so this might help grow my channel a bit, but the real reason I made this was because I finally found a mashup idea that actually seemed interesting to me.

I always say that I never want to make mashups just for the sake of popularity, and I want every project to be one I can be proud of and that I feel I did my best on. I honestly thought I would be late to making this mashup, but it was still my favorite idea with the new song. And I can say I am very very happy with how it turned out!
