How I Deep Cleaned and Serviced my Kenmore Model 110 Washing Machine (Problem Solved)

Описание: o This is a presentation of how I Deep Cleaned and Serviced my Kenmore Model 110 Washing Machine.

o The problem started when I noticed a slight odor emitting from the drum when was about to do some laundry. After I verified that I previously Deep Cleaned approximately three years prior I disassembled the Washing Machine and found that masked under the visibly clean Cabinet, Agitator Auger, and Drum, was a filthy petri dish of odor causing soap scum, grime, residue, dirt, bacteria, mud, and other pervasive minerals which were located on the inside of the Agitator Auger and covered the majority of the outside of the Spin Basket and Outer Tub Assembly.

o Deep Clean Outer Tub
Products - “OxiClean Versatile Odor & Stain Remover” or “Arm & Hammer Laundry Booster Super Washing Soda”
Materials – Shop Vac, Black and Decker Portable Drill with Brush Extension, and Microfiber Cloths

o Deep Clean Tub Ring, Agitator, and Spin Basket
Products - “OxiClean Versatile Odor & Stain Remover” or “Arm & Hammer Laundry Booster Super Washing Soda”
Tools and Materials – Garden Hose with a Nozzle, a Bucket, Brushes, and Rubber Gloves

o Monthly Cleaning and Disinfecting Services
Products – “Affresh Washing Machine Cleaner”, “Clorox No-Splash Bleach”, “Lysol Laundry Sanitizer”, and “ Lysol All Purpose Cleaner, Brand New Day”
Materials – “ A Measuring Cup, Microfiber Cloths, and a Pair of Scissors
