An interview with artist Samuel Nnorom during his 2022 residency and ahead of his 2023 solo exhibition at The Art House, hosted in partnership with the Royal Over-Seas League.
Every year the Royal Over-Seas League (ROSL) and The Art House support two international early-to mid-career artists with a fully funded two-month supported residency, which provides development, networking and exhibition opportunities for artists who have not yet exhibited or studied in the UK. They will also have the opportunity to stay at the Royal Over-Seas League in London and spend time in the capital during Frieze week 2022.
The artists selected for the 2022 programme were Samuel Nnorom from Nsukka, Nigeria, and Madhu Das from Mumbai, India.
Samuel Nnorom's exhibition, 'The Politics of Immigration and Integration', at The Art House, will run from 11 February - 11 March 2023.
