😋What's For Dinner? One Pot Meals New to Us

Описание: In this new segment call What's For Dinner? I'm sharing three brand new to us meals from a Goosberry Patch Cookbook called One Pot Meals. I'll also team up with Peter for an introductory recipe for Puppy Chow (technically not a meal unless you've been busy all day, didn't have time to make supper and it's now 7:30 p.m. - then it definitely can stand in for a fullblown meal).

BAKED POT ROAST AND GRAVY (how I'll make it next time)
4 lb. pot roast
meat tenderizer to taste
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 packet onion soup mix
3 1/4 c. water
3 potatoes, cubed
handful of baby carrots
1 onion, sliced

Place roast in large roasting pan. Sprinkle liberally with tenderizer. Mix one can of mushroom soup with water and pour over roast. Add more water if necessary to be even with top of roast. Bake at 350 for 2 hours. Add in vegetables and top with one can mushroom soup, spread it over roast. Bake an additional 1 hour until veggies are soft. Allow roast to rest 10 minutes before serving.

SLOW COOKER ENCHILADAS
1 1/2 pound browned hamburger
1/2 c. onion
1 10 oz. can enchilada sauce
1 can nacho cheese soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can corn, drained
1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 c. sliced black olives
4 corn tortillas
2 cups shredded cheese

Assemble as you saw in video layering tortilla, meat mixture and cheese 4 times. Heat on high setting for one hour until cheese is melted and bubbling.
