Описание: Actor-turned-politician Vijay on Monday met the families of those who lost their lives in last month’s Karur stampede — one of Tamil Nadu’s worst political rally tragedies. The interaction, organised by his party Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), took place at a resort in Mahabalipuram, according to a PTI report.
A total of 37 families from Karur were brought to the venue, where the party had booked around 50 rooms. Vijay met each family personally, and lunch was arranged for all attendees, sources told PTI.
