CP crews had been working here for a while. I got here at maybe 11 or so. A highrailer past while I parked the car. Then another one came an hour later. They inspected the switch. They opened the silver thing on the switch tie. I assume that is a power assist to help the switch move easier. They opened that up and worked on it. Flipped the switches a few times then left.
They called RTC at 12. Got stuck in the yard for a VIA meet, then headed to Omya. 231 faired much worse though. 231 met G65 in Elmsley and then 112 after. 231 had an SD40 trailing.
Be sure to stay tuned for that
G65 did not go to Elliott and run around the train. Sometimes they do that when the consist is too big for the small yard inside the Omya facility.
