3 kilo gajar ke halwe ke liye shuddh desi ghee aur dhoodh ka sahi mishran zaroori hai.
Samagri (Ingredients)
Gajar: 3 kg (kaddukas kiya hua)
Dhoodh: 2litre (full cream)
Cheeni: 100g se150g(swaad anusar)
Ghee: 250g
Khoya/Mawa: 250g
Dry fruits: Badam,kismis,kaju,pista
Banane ki Vidhi (Instructions)
Gajar Pakayein: Ek bade kadhai mein gajar aur dhoodh dalkar dheemi aanch par pakayein jab tak dhoodh poora sookh na jaye.
Cheeni Dalein: Dhoodh sookhne par cheeni milayein. Cheeni pani chhodegi, ise lagatar chalate hue pani sukhne tak pakayein.
Bhunaai Karein: Ab ghee dalkar 15-20 minute tak acche se bhoonein jab tak halwa chamakdar na dikhne lage.
Finishing: Ant mein mawa, elaichi powder aur dry fruits milakar 5 minute aur pakayein.
