Speed Vehicles are some of the coolest vehicles in CrossWorlds, but unfortunately, they don't hold a candle to extreme gears in the current 1.2.0 meta game. However, Metal and I go over the worst speed vehicles not only based on their potential against Lv 4, but also with a couple of other builds you might see in patch 1.2.0 in World Match.
