This yoga class is designed to keep your body strong, vibrant, & healthy. We'll move through a series of binds & twists to stimulate blood flow into the internal organs, cleanse toxins out of the body, and boost the immune system.
We'll begin today's class with a breathing exercise called 3-part breath, also known as Dirga Pranayama. This breathing exercise is a wonderful way to enhance respiratory function, increase lung capacity, & boost immunity.
I will be offering more advanced variations throughout this practice to support the intermediate/advanced yogi but, all levels are welcome.
Be sure to listen to your body & take whichever modifications you need!
