Psychological: Read any book and take 10 minutes to reflect on it
Emotional: Read a book that makes you feel something towards it (before you've read it!)
Social: Read a book which features a healthy relationship
Professional: Read a non-fiction book
Environment: Read a book with an environment in the title or cover
Spiritual: Read a book that explores an idea you may not agree with
Financial: Read a book you did not have to spend money on to acquire

Self Care Prompts:

Week One:
Clean a space in your home
Do a favour for someone
Find a new recipe
Make yourself a cold drink
Plant something
Go for a walk
Stackable: Eat one more fruit or vegetable today.

Week Two:
Do a task you've been putting off
Buy yourself a small food treat
Text a friend to say you're thinking of them
Donate clothes you no longer wear
Draw something
Have an hour to do nothing at all
Stackable: move your body in a way that feels good.

Week Three:
Check you've booked any dentist of opticians appointments
Say thank you to someone
Find a new podcast
Say no to something
Wear something that makes you feel confident
Finish your work day on time
Stackable: Make time to get enough sleep

Week Four:
Set a boundary
Change your bedsheets/ PJs
No screen time 30 minutes before sleep
Connect with someone new
Put on something that smells good
Unfollow someone on social media who doesn't make you feel good
Stackable: Spend 30 minutes outside

Week Five:
Pay someone a genuine compliment
Buy a new pair of socks
