Описание: How to change out and install the failing lower engine torque mount on a MINI Cooper in less than 20 minutes. These mounts are prone to failure over time due to age and oil leaking onto the rubber. We recommend always checking your engine mounts whenever possible. When engine mounts fail the engine moves more than it should in the engine may and can cause greater problems.

Park car on a flat and level surface capable of supporting the vehicle's weight on vehicle jack and jack stands. Using the manufacturer recommended lifting points, raise the front of vehicle and support with jack stands under lifting points.
NEVER WORK ON A VEHICLE SUPPORTED ONLY WITH A JACK!

Underneath the vehicle: Unbolt the [2] 16mm hex bolts to remove the engine torque arm. These can be quite tight

Reinstall torque arm and torque bolts to 80 foot/pounds or 108 nm. Double check installation.
