Instead, I became obese, depressed, and metabolically broken. My heaviest weight was 131 kg in April 2024, and I felt trapped in a body and mind that were falling apart.

By removing grains, sugars, seed oils, and processed food, and shifting to a simple carnivore lifestyle built on meat, eggs, and fat, my entire life transformed. I lost seventy pounds, healed my cravings, restored my mental clarity, and rebuilt my confidence.
