Grand Prix & F1 now amalgamates all the cars into one evening with the cars separated in the results.

Grand Prix cars built to CSCRA regs, narrow tyres, narrow track width, high ground clearance. Typically 7mm wide tyres, 53mm total width across the tyre walls and 2mm ground clearance ...they have to be driven carefully as they have a high centre of gravity and deslot if pushed too hard in corners... rear grip is the least of our worries with these.

Prewing F1 cars also built to CSCRA regs, wider tyres and track width than the Grand Prix cars and race in their own category. These are allowed 9mm wide tyres and 54mm across the tyre walls and 2mm ground clearance...these are far more stable than the Grand Prix cars.

Classic F1 cars are allowed 12mm wide tyres and 60mm track width across the tyre walls. These are usually Policar models.

F1 cars are allowed 14mm wide tyres and 68mm track width across the tyre walls. Primarily NSR F1's with one or two specials.

Standard Class (basic cars with original interior/windows, without separate fully adjustable floating motor mount, plastic wheels, original gears and motor from the original manufacturer)
Modified Class (upgraded Standard Class cars with lightweight interior/windows, alloy wheels, aftermarket gears and motor up to 30k)
ProStock Class (competition grade cars e.g. NSR, SlotIt, Thunderslot, plus cars with aftermarket non metal chassis and motors up to 30k)
Open Class (non plastic chassis, no motor limit)
