How to make DELICIOUS Ground Turkey Alfredo-Cooking with Love with Mary

1lb ground turkey
1/2 red and green bell peppers
1 small yellow onion
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoon of dried parsley
Parmesan cheese-grated on top
1 box of pasta--your choice (I tend to use only 1/2 of the box)
1 jar of Alfredo sauce--whatever brand you like
Cook noodles as instructions state.
Add 1 1/2 tablespoon of oil to noodles. Drain then set aside the noodles.
Dice the peppers and onions. In a large skillet..add the peppers and onions then sauté until tender. Transfer to a bowl.
In the same skillet add ground turkey and cook until it is evenly browed and show no signs of pink.
Drain the turkey. Add your veggies to the meat, add the alfredo sauce and the parsley. cook at a medium heat to desired thickness.
Serve and enjoy
