I have wanted a dough sheeter for a long time but I couldn't justify it for my hobby (not business). I don't mind working out my biceps but as you know if you want to make a lot of croissants and big cakes covered with fondant you will spend a good portion of your time just rolling. So I started searching a few years ago for a dough sheeter that was affordable, electric, and large enough to be useful for a variety of projects. The Pastaline Maxi Sfogly fits the bill.
