Per pergatitjen e kesaj recete nevojiten:
brinje vici te plota (duhet te jene te paprera)
kripe
piper
vaj ulliri
Fillojme me marinimin e brinjeve te vicit me kripe,piper dhe vaj ulliri.Furren e kemi parangrohur ne temperature 250 grade.Vendosim mishin ne furre per 20 minutat e para ne temperature 250 grade.Pasi kane kaluar 20 minuta i shtojme 2 gota uje dhe e leme per 2 ore (pas nje ore duhet ti kthejme brinjet ne anen tjeter per te marr pjekje) ne temperature 200 grade.
2 ore kane kaluar dhe brinjet e vicit jane gati.Ato kane marre pjekjen e duhur dhe kur fillojme me prerjen e tyre, ato jane shume te buta.
Brinjet e vicit mund ti shoqeroni me perime zgarre/perime te zjera ose me patate.

To prepare this recipe you need:
full rib ribs (should be uncutted)
salt
pepper
olive oil
We start to marinate the ribs with salt, pepper and olive oil. We preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Put the meat in the oven for the first 20 minutes at a temperature of 250 degrees. After 20 minutes we add 2 cups of water and leave for 2 hours (after one hour we have to turn the ribs on the other side to get baking) at a temperature of 200 degrees.
2 hours have passed and the ribs are ready. They have got the right baking and when we start cutting them, they are very soft and juicy.
You can accompany ribs with carrier vegetables / boiled vegetables or potatoes.
