G R A N O L A R E C I P E (S U G A R / C A R B F R E E)
1/2 cup macadamia nuts
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup slithered almonds
1/2 cup mixed seeds (sunflower kernels/pepitas etc)
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup cocao nibs
1/4 cup stevia
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 egg
(sometimes I add a scoop of low carb vanilla protein powder)
I process half of the nuts into smaller pieces using my nutribullet and leave the other half whole
bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees or until a light brown
