Note: When I traveled (in December 2024), Indian nationals were not eligible for visa-free entry and I had to travel using valid visas (US, Schengen, Singapore, etc.). But the rules have since changed — starting 08 June 2025, Indian passport holders can now enter the Philippines visa-free for up to 14 days for tourism.

If you hold a valid visa or residence permit from the US, Australia, Canada, Schengen, Singapore, UK, or Japan (the “AJACSSUK” group), you may be eligible for 30 days visa-free stay.
