On Saturday, October 26, 2019, BJ Edwards of the Natural Family Foundation had me on his radio show to ask me some questions about the #SaveJames trial.
In this fifth and final part, BJ and I talked about the need to "do something." What can I do? I don't know, but do something.
Make a phone call--or several.
Write a letter--or letters. A written letter carries more weight with legislators than almost every other form of communication.
Contact your representatives.
Attend town hall forums and ask questions.
Talk about the issue at church.
Attend a trial and see what actually takes place.
Question judges and attorneys.
Familiarize yourself with the Texas (anti-) Family Code so that you can speak about some of the perversities that exist in it.
Join a group--or several groups--that advocate FOR the family, not against it. Strong families should be priority number one.
Advocate for others.
Speak out--even when your voice trembles and you're scared to death.
The Family Destruction Industry is alive and well in Texas. It profits by the destruction of families.
I, for one, am determined to change this system so that it is not around to further exploit and abuse my grandchildren.
