We’re back for Week 7 of my transformation, and this week I'm cranking up the volume on upper body to keep the progress rolling.
The good news is I hit 247 lbs on today’s weigh-in, and that’s 11 lbs down from the 258 lbs I started at. Next stop: cracking 240 over the next month.
