After setting these trail camera's back in mid September, Austin is back in Kentucky to see what big buck activity has happened throughout the season! They sure did not disappoint with some really big deer on camera! We love these full season soak cameras, they collect so much intel and help us put some serious puzzle pieces together. We hunted this public land during the early season and was very happy with what we saw when it came to deer activity, but we also started to see that it actually got hunted quite heavily. So every bit of intel that we can collect will significantly help us figure out how these mature buck use this area.
The rising water did cause some issues when it came to scouting the areas Austin was really interested in and finding sign that had been washed out showed to be pretty difficult. Overall though it was a great weekend and Austin put some very important puzzle pieces together!
