Reverse Curls (barbell)
• hold bar with hands facing inward & grip approximately shoulder width. Drive the bar upwards in an arching motion. Minimize elbow movement. Continue to lift bar until your hands are just beneath your shoulders & your forearms are contracted. Lower the bar back down slowly until your arms are straight.
