HOW TO GET THE TURRETED LIMO IN GTA ONLINE:
The Turreted Limo can be purchased in GTA Online from Warstock Cache & Carry for a price of $1,650,000.

The Turreted Limo is stored as a Pegasus Vehicle. It cannot be customized.

Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Turreted Limo from the Pegasus Concierge, Interaction Menu - CEO/VIP. However, the Turreted Limo cannot be used in standard races.
