1/8 tsp nutmeg powder
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs

1 cup grated carrot
3/4 cup chopped dates
1 tsp vanilla essence
For the caramel
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup + 1 tbs water
