Today we cycled from Killington into the Yorkshire Dales National Park and spent the majority of the time in Cumbria. The magnificent Howgills took centre stage from the start as we made our way to Kirkby Stephen for lunch at The Mulberry Bush cafe.
After the cafe stop, we then hit the big hills in this area with Lamps Moss being the first followed by Buttertubs then finally the highest point on the ride being the climb of Garsdale Head.
The weather played its part too, with snow on the higher ground and the views were amazing. If you like road cycling videos and are looking for some inspiration or motivation to kick start your season or are planning on cycling a sportive event in the Yorkshire Dales, then why not take a moment to watch this video.
