In this video, I’m chasing Yellowfin Bream on various flats of the Parramatta River using my Hobie Lynx kayak and targeting fish in shallow water. Flats fishing for bream can be challenging, especially in a pressured system like the Parramatta River, but with the right deep diving hard bodied lures you can trigger aggressive reaction bites. I work the edges and use my ID Kranks to bounce off the sandy bottom to tempt wary fish.
