Metroid Dread No Damage/No Hit Challenge (FULL RUN)

Описание: After speedrunning Metroid Dread since the release, I wanted to challenge myself and beat the game without taking any hits or any damage! PS. They updated the game with Dread Mode after this video was released. Dread Mode is actually easier, since it let's you continue from a checkpoint if you die, instead of deleting the save file.

Rules I used:
Anything that hits Samus and makes you lose HP makes the run unvalid
Using Speed Booster, Shinespark and Screw Attack is permitted
Touching an E.M.M.I. is a hit, even if you counter
No Sequence Breaks or glitches
No saving or continuing from a previous checkpoint, must reset the run after taking damage
