curd-1/2 katori
water-3 katori
Tadka
peanut oil-3 tsp
mustardseeds-1/2tsp
Jeera-1/2Tsp
Red chillidry-4 to5
Hing-3 pinch
Curry Leaves- 12 to 15
Salt-1 Tsp
Water- 1 &1/2 katori
Chopped Coriander - 3 Tbsp
Kacchi Ghani peanut oil or desi ghee
Red chili powder (optional)
