2 tbsp Chana dal
2 tbsp Thick Poha
1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Curd (Optional) or Citric Acid
Water as required

For Aloo Masala:
2-3 tbsp Oil
1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Hing
1/4 tsp Urad dal
1/4 tsp Chana dal
6-8 Curry Leaves
1 chopped green chilly
2 finely chopped onions
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to Taste
3-4 Boiled, Peeled and Chopped Potatoes
A pinch of sugar
1/2 lemon juice
Fresh Coriander
Water
